Enchylaena tomentosa a drought tolerant shrub. Edible berries are red when ripe, with a sweet and salty flavour. The shrub has a maximum height of 1m with a width of 1m. Ruby Saltbush can grow in most soil types and conditions, preferring sun to part shade.
