Due to the complexity and delicacy of the plants we supply and host interactions there is no guarantee given nor refund or returns accepted once plants have been delivered and handled. Please contact us with any problems and we will do our best to help. All proceeds are not-for-profit. All items are sold to help continuation and expansion of the organisation.
